"Governance in Action" is about shifting from
  government to governance, from working for the
  people to working with the people.

  The active network of 21 partners of 11 countries
  will work together to improve the practices of
  governance. We strongly believe that by improving
  the involvement of inhabitants and organisations,
  we can improve the local decision making process.
